Client Reviews

• Many thanks Jake! That’s a great result and we are utterly delighted with the end product.
We’d like to express our immense pleasure on the completion of our beautiful new kitchen and wet areas😊
Your amazing team of Olivia, Darren and Brendan (and his offsider whose name I have forgotten!) do you credit and have endeavoured to produce a superb result.
From the outset, the attention to detail, fitting and workmanship was indeed Superior!

• We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen cupboards. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the cabinetry has completely transformed the space. The Superior’s team were easy to deal with from start to finish — always welcoming, patient, and accommodating as we visited the showroom multiple times to refine our choices. Every question was answered thoroughly, and they guided us through colours, finishes, and layout decisions with genuine care and expertise.
This was a rebuild rather than a new build, which adds a layer of complexity when you’re living in the home and trying to maintain some sense of normality during installation. Because of that, the installation team deserves special mention. They were fantastic — patient, meticulous, and highly professional. They worked carefully around our space, ensured every detail was fitted perfectly, and clearly took great pride in their work. It was obvious they wanted the final result to be just as beautiful as we did.
The whole process felt collaborative, respectful, and well‑supported from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommended.

• An excellent job from start to finish. The advice we received from Jake was constructive and helpful and we could not fault the workmanship of the cabinets or the final installation. Any issues we had were remedied and dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble for Superior Kitchens. We were very happy with our finished kitchen and I can highly recommend them for any project.

• My wife and I chose Superior Kitchens & Cabinets to design and install our new kitchen because of their long list of 5 star reviews. In fact, they were the ONLY company we contacted, and we certainly don’t regret our decision.
Jake designed the kitchen just how we envisioned it and was also instrumental in our final colour choices, while Brendan and Ash did a fantastic job with the installation.
Highly recommend, thanks to all the team.

• It has been our pleasure to have Superior Kitchens and Cabinets do the upgrading of our present house and also the cottage we are down-sizing to.
They did a great job of streamlining the kitchen of the present house and I cannot fault the workmanship. It has been a joy to work in. There have been no mishaps with their workmanship.
The cottage was more difficult to work around because of its age, 75 years old. There had been a previous upgrade done in the kitchen and it was a relief to know that Superior Kitchens & Cabinets had been the ones to originally handle that too. Most of the kitchen was retained but extra cupboards added and also in the pantry area it was remodified to give as much storage as possible. Sloping ceilings and wavering floors were all taken in their stride and the laundry was converted into a butlers pantry cum laundry. There is no wasted space anywhere.
One of the bedrooms had lovely floor to ceiling cupboards built in and again a test of getting it all level.
To Superior Kitchens and Cabinets, you worked as a team and also gave us advice and suggestions to work with. It has been a great success and we are very happy with what has been achieved.
  Congratulations to all of you.

• Good morning Jake,
I trust your week has been going well so far. We are very happy with our new cottage kitchen. Thank you for doing this for us – we really appreciate it.
You were correct regarding storage space – there is plenty with the layout. I LOVE the colour of the splash back, so thanks for your suggestion.  A big thank you to Brendan and all your staff who were involved. You are always so professional and friendly in every aspect.  Also to Liam (plumber) and Beau (electrician) for their work and contribution. It has been a pleasure to work with you all on our 2 kitchen renovations.

• Superior Kitchens & Cabinets (SK) built our main kitchen 10 years ago and we went back to them recently to get cabinets for a BBQ kitchen made. They were very professional and helpful through the whole process of designing the cabinets, selecting finishes, and installation. Because it was an old veranda, none of the walls were straight or square, but SK made it work. The inevitable problems that cropped up were solved with no drama. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m still walking into that room just to look at it, it looks amazing.
Phil & Susan Mortimer (via email) Albany, August 2025

• Very professional team , easy to deal with and installed the kitchen fast and efficiently, would highly recommend for any kitchen and cupboard work , great people to deal with.

• We were delighted with the service and the complete remodelling solution to our kitchen as provided by Jake and his team at Superior Kitchens and Cabinets in Albany. From the initial consultation, the follow up measure and quote process and then the final install and commissioning of our remodelled kitchen to include new oven, installed dishwater, kitchen bench, drawers and lights was a wonderful experience and with a commendable end result. Any and all of the minor changes that we asked for were obligingly made and with an ethos that suggested that nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Jake and his team for any kitchen remodelling and renovation project. A seamless Kitchen integration into our home in Albany. A special call out to Brendan and Jake for a job well done.

• Hi Jake, I would really like to take a second to let you know how much of a pleasure it has been to deal with you and your team! It is such a breath of fresh air to see how much pride you take in your workmanship and also your willingness to travel to us to complete the job. You can probably understand how hard it usually is for us to find good tradies that are willing to travel to us! Michael and his team have also been fantastic, and I’m so pleased with how well it all just ‘happened’ and came together, really great to see!
Rhys & Kahlia Brown (via email) Farm House, Tambellup, July 2025

• Jake and his team were excellent to work with. From the beginning, the practical and helpful advice made the design process simpler. The quality of the workmanship was amazing. • Complete professionals in Regional WA. Jake and his team came to our rescue when the previous cabinet maker pulled out just prior to starting the job.
Superior Kitchens & Cabinets have been easy to work with (we live in Fremantle) via email and phone plus they have been very good at liaising with the builder who was project managing the kitchen.
When there were issues with supply of materials or time lines, the lines of communication were clear and respectful.
Thank you Jake and the team and we look forward to using the new kitchen!

• I approached Superior Kitchens to design and install my small kitchen and can recommend their service in all areas. Jake’s design makes great use of the small space that I have. The corner drawer units really let me use every last cm and I can easily reach everything inside.  My living area has been transformed by the lovely white cabinets and worktops and blue splash back in the exact colour that I wanted.
The installation was done quickly and carefully and I am very happy with the high quality units, soft closing drawers, worktops and splash back. They liaised with the trades and booked their time to make everything run smoothly.  Very happy.

• Hello Jake,
We just wanted to thank you for the fantastic work you and your team have done with our bookcase and kitchen.  We couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and advice.  The cabinetry in the kitchen looks fantastic and is very functional, especially the corner drawers, underbench bins, soft close doors and drawer configurations.  The panel under the breakfast bar and the oak contrasting overhead cupboards and shelves are just what we wanted.  A special thanks for the drawer divider for the chopping boards – a small but handy detail.
New lighting, one of the ovens and the hotplate have now been installed and the mixer tap will be fitted sometime this week. We have moved everything into the kitchen, so we are now starting to use it.  All remaining appliances should gradually be in place by the new year.  Our house is starting to look like a brand new and modern home!
The bookcase is just fabulous and we’ve had a lot of very envious comments about it. We’ve had fun filling it.
We would like to give special thanks to Darren, Brendan and Clay for making sure everything was perfect – they were a pleasure to work with and left our home in a lovely clean state.
Thank you again, especially for installing everything earlier than expected.  We will be recommending Superior Kitchens to anyone looking for excellent quality.
  Warm regards,

• We had been putting off getting the kitchen done for years because we just didn’t know where to start. We had a couple of people come in and quote but it just didn’t feel right as they wanted to know what OUR design was. Although we knew what we wanted we didn’t know how to implement it all together. We called Jake at Superior Kitchens & Cabinets and felt so excited the minute he started talking. He was so open to our ideas and able to guide us what would work with what we had in mind. Jake and his team were so friendly, professional and kept us informed the whole time. The whole process was so fast and we cannot believe how beautiful it turned out. Walking in the old house is a joy as the kitchen is amazing. I highly recommend Superior Kitchens & Cabinets, you wont be disappointed. Affordable but with top quality results and service.

• Superior Kitchens truly live up to their name. From the first visit through to subsequent discussions and quote we were very impressed with Jake’s knowledge, suggestions and attention to detail. We finally have the kitchen that not only compliments the rest of our home, but is everything we had hoped it would be. Thanks to Jake and his capable team we have a much larger workspace and beautifully finished kitchen, in the colour scheme of our choice, matching other rustic finishes as requested.

• Hi Jake. Just wanted to send through before and after pics, the transformation is amazing (unfortunately I didn’t get the “before” shot before Heath took to the tiles) – I cannot wait for the end product with the kickboards etc once the new floors are in. Looks like a completely different house, and I just wanted to say thankyou to yourself, Brendan and the team for being so cooperative and understanding (we really do hate doing this stuff haha). Definitely will be recommending Superior Kitchens & Cabinets to our friends and anybody that will listen really – Brendan was fantastic and so patient with the kids coming in and out of his workspace that I cannot rate him highly enough. All the best and we will be in touch in the near future. Take care.
